Joseph leads Tenva's strategy, owner experience, business operations, and technology direction. His focus is building a property management company that is practical first, clear with owners, and designed to add smarter tools over time.

Cofounder & VP of Operations
Carlos supports Tenva's field operations, property oversight, vendor coordination, and hands-on execution. His focus is making sure properties are cared for properly and owners have a reliable operator involved in the day-to-day.
